Tomtom was a male cat of the European Shorthair breed who lived in the area. He was the second of the seven victims of the mysterious murderer who made the area unsafe in "Felidae". The cat Pascal describes him against the newcomer of the area, Francis, a domestic cat who obtained the murder case, as he showed the data of the previous murder victims:
A neurotic cattle, suffered continually from paranoia. Extremely shy and quite unfit for life.
